Service information

  • If you have any need for repair services, you can contact the local distributor directly, or go to http://www.tarkustech.com/en_us/ and click “Supports” to obtain more detailed instructions.
  • When providing repair services during the warranty period, Tarkustech reserves the right to repair the product with materials and parts selected by Tarkustech or to replace the product with another product of the same kind, at the option of Tarkustech. Any replacement product may be new, refurbished, or used, provided that the replacement product has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced.
  • Service hours of the “Customer service hotline /Letter response of customer service and feedback from the official website”: Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30 (GMT+8).
  • Except as specifically forth in this limited warranty, in no event shall Tarkustech or third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special incidential, or consequential damages (including loss data or profit).
  • In all events, the total liability of Tarkustech for any product defects or any damages arising there from will not exceed the end-user’s purchase price for this product, plus any necessary expenses incurred by the end-user in requesting warranty service.
